Process
- 1First meetingYou describe the business and the need. If we cannot help, we tell you at once.
- 2Written engagementScope and fee are agreed in writing before any work starts. Nothing is payable before then.
- 3AnalysisWe review your figures, build the cash-flow model and point out anything a lender is likely to question.
- 4PackageYou approve the final package and submit it to the lenders you choose, in your company's name.
- 5DecisionThe lender assesses the application under its own policy and contracts directly with your company.
Scope & notices
- ✕We do not lend, take deposits or hold client money. We are not entered in the BNB register of financial institutions, and our advisory work does not require it.
- ✕We do not offer or broker consumer credit and do not work with private individuals' household borrowing.
- ✕We provide no investment services. "Invest" is part of the registered company name only.
- ✕We cannot promise approval, a rate or a deadline. Only the lender decides.
- ✕We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. We refer those questions to qualified professionals.

Your bank
Your bank's business adviser will explain its products and requirements free of charge.
BDB programmes
The Bulgarian Development Bank publishes its financing programmes for small and mid-sized companies.
Check the lender
Non-bank lenders must appear in the BNB register of financial institutions. Check before you sign.
Fraud notice
Success Corp Invest will never
- Promise or "guarantee" approval of a loan in return for a fee.
- Take any payment before you have a signed written engagement.
- Ask you to pay an "insurance", "activation" or "release" fee to receive a loan.
- Ask for online-banking passwords, card details or one-time codes.
- Contact you from a phone number or email address other than those on this page.
If someone does this in our name, do not pay. Report it to the police and tell us at reply@successcorpinvestead.com.
